Picture posting problem

Went to post first pic for 2015 and the manage attachments has altered After I choose file message comes up loading files which then changes to invalid file.Same JPG files I have been using all along :(.Any help appreciated

I am sorry Inc .As the site is usually great I just bury my head in the sand and hope all is well Will wait till all returns to normal as it took 6 months to master the old way:(
