DVD Player,...flicker, uneven play, jump etc etc?

We've got one of those TVs which has a combined DVD player in the back of it,...not the most sophisticated unit, but it suits its purpose in our family room. It's a 32" Toshiba.
It's been working well but last night when playing a DVD, it started to flicker, hesitate, jump etc on playback,...maybe dirt in there , on the "lens" etc. I've heard that you can buy a "cleaning disc" to rectify this,...anyone know of a good one?

Ha ha ha. If it was a porn DVD it would be my eyes flickering, not the DVD!

It was a new disc (Tom Kruse story!), & I tried a few of my other DVDs as well,..all the same.
