Hi,
Can anyone tell me are the rear seats any better on a later model D2, meaning no movement in the hinge section.
Mine rattle like mad and just wondering if I can replace them with a good second hand set?
Is it possible to use electric seats in the front also? Ive noticed a loom under my seats maybe they just plug in. Do the electric ones cause dramas?
Cheers

Are the eccentric collars fitted? These normally sort out most of the rear seat rattles.

mine are never in.....I love it as a big wagon...but if you have need for the seating then you have to fix the rattle.....must be a bush or something there you can fit.

I was just thinking...maybe it's a relationship to the catch and the rubber stop it sits on.
there appears to be some adjustment , but not much.

Hi Bronson, if your a long lankey bloke then you might find the electric seats don't pull back as far as the normal manual ones. I'm long legged and I would have preferred a little bit more rear travel on mine.

Is it the 2nd row seats or the 3rd row seats?
My third row seats are up always but rattle like crazy so I put a piece of 2" foam in between the seat and the car, then close them, no rattles at all.
My 2nd row seats don't rattle at all. Must be a part you can replace To fix it?
