High back seat organiser

Been looking for a seat organiser that suits a premium seat,(integrated head rest) does anyone know of one.

and does anyone actually use one &find it useful?

I use the MSA4x4 one. They have a drop down table my girls love but also make one without.
I got mine at the last caravan camping expo last year at a great price.

But they are for the adjustable head rest, mine is integrated one piece, but i think i will drop in or drop them a line, they have a lot of nice stuff
