Hey all
After a very stressful and draining 6 months at home, I'm beginning to get things back to how they should be with my P38. Having (finally) sold our Dmax, I've freed up quite the allocation from each month's pay and have decided to treat the Rangie to a few presents.
Firstly I bought a dash mat! It's an ebay one from a WA company and seems to be a good thing.
I've also got a pair of micro digital voltage gauges which I'll install in my switch panel next time I'm home from work. I like the idea of having eyes on the voltage as my alternator is approaching 5yrs old now (has it been that long Paul!!).
I fitted a new fuse box yesterday after loaning the Rangie to a family member and having the "I like to blast the air con" treatment sent a massive crack through relay 7 and new relays wouldn't fix the issue. An expensive way to have cold air blow, but thankfully it solved the issue.
I still have Panhard rods to fit (with extensions re: lift), tie rod and drag links (both brand spankers), a set of head gaskets (preventative), coil packs, welch plugs, plus more when I rip the motor out to do the welch plugs. I'm going to get a darker tint, do the headlining and re-upholster the seats also this year!
Finding the time to do it all... Yeah...
Cheers
