Does anyone have a word version of the Service Record pages so I can add some to my Service Portfolio and keep my maintenance records going/up to date?

I have scanned and got jpeg and pdf versions, but a word version would be nice.
Cheers Gavin

To be honest Gavin I wouldn't worry to much. Stamps are nice but it's the actual invoices that document what was done to the car that I find most valuable.

I file all the invoices and receipts for my cars and have an Excel spreadsheet summary detailing date, kms, who did it and the work completed. In the Alfa's case after 28 years its getting to be a very thick pile :)

However perhaps just scan a blank page to pdf and print them as needed. I do have a 2 page D2 maintenance check sheet which is fairly verbose, however it is a PDF but I can't upload it since PDF (and also word docs) appears to be no longer a valid attachment type. If you are interested PM me your email address and I'll forward.

Cheers

Hi Steve. I do exactly the same as you (even including additional purchases/equipment, plus registration, insurance and RAC costs in my spreadsheets) but its nice to have summary info for those who aren't interested in the fine details if/when comes time to sell

No worries Gavin. I get where you are coming from.

If you like I can scan a blank stamp page from my book.

Thanks Steve, but I've already done that and included another 5 leafs in my booklet to get me through a few services. Scanned as both pdf/jpeg and both are legible, albeit with a photocopy line on the scan. Happy to pass on to anyone interested.

Will be in touch soon to continue our weekend discussion on caravans if you are not bush/overseas. Also looking forward to meet the new Lady and hopefully bring Bessie.

My service book went to 24 services.

I know people like to see logbooks , but if you are doing nearly all work on the vehicle yourself , how do you sign off the service?

I have signed off the last two myself just for my own record but what do others think about signing of your own servicing?

I am now out of service record so if anyone can send a copy to me it would be much appreciated. eagle42@iprimus.com.au

No worries Gavin. Not a lot of travel ATM so when you are ready give us a yell and we can work out a time.

Cheers

I prefer to lose the documentation asap just in case SWMBO wants to do an audit.
