Anyone interested is setting up a group buy on a new Defender?

Dealers are doing "The Main Event" sale until the end of February and I'm seriously tempted to trade the wife's old Mercedes, my old 300tdi D'Fer and perhaps a kidney to get into one.

She who must be obeyed is likely to do her block in, but I suspect I'm overdue my mid life crisis!

Why do you need a group to buy a new defender..... Or do you mean group buy as in the group buy you one :D

Unless you purchased a pre ordered dealer speced one, you wouldnt have been able to recieved the discount anyways.

i put my deposit down Monday, on a really basic fuji white one (which was perfect for what i wanted) and im only getting the discounts because the vehicle lands before march, which is when the discounts end.

did save myself 5 grand though.

also if you choose to build one, dont expect it to be built untill after april.

I got mine through Brighton LR, was originally going though Malvern, but thought id ask around and found this one.
