I've looked and searched through the forum without any luck to try and find how I turn the volume of my navigation lady down. I've looked through the manual as well without success (it could be just a man look).
The car (Discovery 4 SDV6 HSE) is only 2 weeks old and on our first outing using the navigation both my wife and I were startled every time she gave us directions.
I'd also like to turn down the volume of the parking sensors too but I suppose that's pushing it.;)
Thanks

Push the 'Setup' button to the right of the analogue clock, then on the touch screen, touch 'System', then 'Volume pre-sets'. All of what you want is there!

You can mute the parking sensors as well by pushing the 'P' button next to the 'Hazard Lights' switch. It only works for that occasion.

You can adjust the volume of the SatNav by using the steering wheel volume controls while the SatNav is talking. The system then remembers this for next time.
If you just want to shut it up for awhile, say when your travelling along a section of roads that you know, use voice command "Navigation voice guidance off (on)".
