Not starting after head gasket replacement.

Ok, I have just finished reinstalling everything after a head job.(head Gasket)
I also did oil filter and oil change.
I have 12.9 v. in the battery, all dash lights but nothing in the starter motor.
Zilch/ silence.
When I turn the key I hear the fuel pump which sounds a lot louder than is normal on this car.
The main worry is that I have no starter motor input at all.
Any ideas gentlemen?
PS. Another thing is the head shop mixed up my injectors but I have taken a list of the numbers on the top of the injectors and have imputed them in the Nanocom

Found the problem. It was the small spade wire on the side of the starter motor. It had become dislodged when I was leaning up the tighten the oil cooler lower bolts.
