Rear number plate loose

Hey all, my rear number plate flaps around a lot. The screws are done in completely however the way it's mounted in the door seems loose.

Without pulling the door apart, can anyone advise how it's secured? Looks like a nut insert or something by looking through the hole.

Could be something like a nut insert.


Do what I'd probably do and put some silicon or sikaflex in behind there!

Or if you want to get it off undamaged , some double sided tape.
BTW they are usually held just by self tappers, AFAIR from taking mine off last week .
