I met up with Phil at Maccas at about 8;15 , then headed out to the park, at least with only 2 of us we weren't waiting around for people to get them selves ready , once signed we headed straight on to the tracks , most of the tracks we drove weren't to bad ,track 25 and track 40 were marked easy to medium, [ f#cking joke, maybe if you are in a comp truck] . That was the only difficulty we faced. Phil did a great job guiding his newly acquired d2 around the park, he was extremely pleased with how the car performed in standard trim and is now even more excited about the mods that are about to be done by Outcast Off Road. [ suspension , sliders , rear bar etc.]All in all we a good day there and were on our way home by about 1;30.
Its a pity we were the only 2 who turned but it goes to show you can still have a good trip with only small numbers.
regards
Jason

ps . thanks for coming Phil

Thanks to Jason for running the trip and guiding me around the park (I had not been on the "left" side of the park before). However, I must say that I was wondering for a short time what Jason was getting me into as we hadn't been in the Park more that 15 minutes and he is leading me up the hardest track I have done to date:eek: The passenger side "step" bar will certainly attest to that :wasntme: Pity.... I was planning to sell those;)

All in all a great day and a perfect opportunity to get to know my vehicle better. Definitely looking forward to getting the Mods done possibly as early as this week.

Here are a couple of photos taken from my phone.
