Access behind rear qtr panel

While I take a break from my gearbox fault, I thought I'd take a look at some panel work.
This ding on LH rear corner seems simple enough to fix, but I was hoping for clear access from behind to pop in a dolly and beat it out. I took out the rear parcel shelf to find woofer and CD stacker, but no clear way to get above the tail light from behind.
Any tips?

Remove the stacker, the top plastic shelf near the window on which the parcel shelf site, the inner moulded fibre board, and the tail light assembly.

I'm pretty sure it's a double skin on those rear corners.

The only way I imagine would be to take the panel off.
