Leaking Boost

After removing the air conditioning condenser over the weekend, I discovered that my intercooler has the tell tale signs of a leak - the dreaded dark stain in the bottom corner.

So there are a few obvious questions.

1) Do I try and get someone to weld it?
2) Do I bin it?
3) Do I upgrade it?

Any useful tips out there?

If I upgrade I'm more interested in lowering EGTs (currently topping out at 624 degrees measured pre turbo) than making max power.
