Roverlord off road spares
9th March 2015, 11:36 PM
It not only has happened to me but a couple of other customers of mine with V8s, so it can't be a coincidence.
LPG fitters take the intake plenum off to drill and fit the injector nozzles.
But on reinstallation Some Fitters they either forget ,find it too hard or are just to lazy, to refit the rear most plenum retaining bolt back.
Second is not bolting the coil pack back on, left dangling between the fire wall and the rear of engine. again coincidence on different D2 V8s?
Must be a Melbourne thing????
You find these things later when you go to do other repairs.
