Disco 2 v8 Engine bits

Hi all;
Looking to get some bits for my Disco engine. I need, VRS gasket set, Head bolts or head studs, camshaft and lifters, timing gear set and any other gaskets related to the heads being off and changing the camshaft. Who does everybody recommend for the bits. Either mail order or a shop front. I am in Cairns. As with everyone, I am looking for the most I can get for the least amount of money. I did try RoverParts.com.au but I got as far as the shipping costs and the website wouldn't let me go any further.
Suggestions people ?:D

I definitely have a cam and not sure about lifters or sprockets and chains will have a look.
I'm in Newcastle.
