I have the SRS light on all the time now, and i think i have found the problem under my seat,
there is a yellow plug with 2 wires going in and 2 wires going out, there is one of the wires not connected to this plug,
i have had a look but cant figure how to split the plug apart to rejoin the wire ,any help please

I Have just had my seat out to swap it, the yellow plug comes apart easily and just needs a tab squeezed on the lower side of the plug, the one with the yellow sleeved cable attached to the seat. Which wire is disconnected the one from the loom? If it is that one you will also have to slide off the socket from it's locator attached to the seat.

Charge your battery. Mine disappeared when I had a full battery charge. But then it came back. Which led me to test the alternator which was buggered. Replaced alternator, no more red sls light. ;)

David7307 says there is one wire detached which will always cause the SRS light to be on.

I disconnected that plug under my passenger seat. Does the srs light come on if both wires are disconnected? Because mine didn't.

The SRS light will come on if that plug is disconnected. You may have a problem that will prevent your airbags deploying. Does your SRS light come on with the ignition check?
