Seeing the only makes listed in the drop down list are Daimler and General Motors , I think not.
From their website it just appears to be an integrated remote door opener designed to fit in a specially designed GM panel in the roof.
I just have a small one on my keyring as per the many types on ebay.

Land Rovers in the USA had Home Link. I remember a US friend's P38A had it,. e.g., http://www.ebay.com/itm/Range-Rover-98-02-P38-P38A-Homelink-3-Button-Universal-Garage-Door-Opener-/151617681415?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item234d1e3807&vxp=mtr
There are plenty of Disco 2 Home Links on eBay. Is there anything special that would stop them working here - if one can get a receiver to suit?

You would have to check the garage door frequencies in the USA Vs Australia.
I know up to 2000+- the frequency for the LR car door opening remotes in OZ had a big problem with RFI from Garage doors etc and LR changed the frequency.
