Changing the wing indicators - county

Why is this near bloody impossible!! Trying to change a bulb and I've broken the lens and can't get to the inside of the bulb because the wheel arch is in the way. Does the wheel arch need to come out of is there a tricky way to do it. I've cut the tendons in my index finger which is now barely functional making reaching in impossible.

More of a rant if anything. But is there a trick to doing it?

I'm assuming you mean the repeaters on the outside of the guards ?

The "short cut trick" that I have used is to replace the whole fitting with a similarly shaped LED branded led repeater - brighter than original & unlikely ever to "blow" again :)

When the front facing ones go I'll be doing something similar.
