Generally, I don't read RSS news feeds but this one is interesting in that it talks about future directions and models for the brand.

Agreed, Ron.
Seems they have a clear focus on keeping defender capable. A little off hand about discovery. If management and designers have an outlet for 'softening' perhaps they won't mess with defender as much!

Hopefully they view the Defender lineage as their corporate soul, I.e when the going gets tough, you need a LR,
