Cup Holders

the cup holders under the radio on dash on my D2 keep coming out, is there a way or adjustment that i can do, to reset them to stay in better ( i don't want to use super glue)

With the cup holders out, undo the two or three (can't remember exactly how many, it's been a while) philips head screws from underneath to remove the whole assembly. Inspect for any damaged moulded plastic and springs. You may have to use some sort of liquid metal for repair.

Remove coin tray and ashtray , three Phillips head screws behind each , out comes the assembly, you'll probably find the stopper is broken, you should be able to make something up , it will make sense when you have it out and can see how it works
