Hi Guys,
Does anyone know how to adjust the toe-in on a IIa? I'm trying to decrease the (huge) turning circle.

the owners manual says the turning circle is 38 feet for an 88 and
 45 feet for a 109.
I don't think you can improve on that with out switching the front axle to cv's , which I suspect cannot be done without major expense or axle rework.
I do agree that a better turning circle would be good as would be power steering, but as I drive mine more often, I think I am getting more used to it and stronger arms!

Adjusting the 'toe in' won't change the turning circle just possibly wear the tyres badly and affect the handling.
There are a couple of bolts on the swivel hubs that limit the amount the hub can turn, you might get a bit of adjustment on these but watch out for the tyres scrubbing inside the wings (mudguards) on full lock. Narrower tyres might allow a bit more adjustment.
Otherwise, unfortunately, you have to get used to it.

0-2mm toe in
the toe adjustment has a negligible impact on the turning circle.
you need to adjust the turning stop bolts. Dont. if you put the "power" in while in 4wd you will snag the UJ inside the swivels.
