They are generally only used when fitting an ecu controlled auto into a non ecu or non factory auto vehicle ie zf to td5 defender.

How much sucecss do you have with the gapless rings? I tried total seal a while back (in a toyo UZ) and had less than great success.

This is not a comp truck . Its a family car. Its to tow a boat then go jumping dunes and get bugged in mud with enough power and reliability to get home .

Zg gapless rings are awesome have built 2500hp alcohol motors no dramas. But they need to be used right . Ie they dont bed or assemble like gaped rings.

Give Ashcrofts an email or call. Dave is also a forum member 'Ashtrans" and has always been very helpful to forum members.
Youre awake at the right time:p
Most D2 drivers dont have the need for the Computrans.
The Defender drivers with auto conversions are the most likely to have used the Computrans for info on real life experience in addition to Ashtrans info.

I know the discussion has been had in the Defender section but cant recall if anyone has actually used the computrans.
