View Full Version : 2'' Body Lift Instructions

Hi all how are we
I recently got a 2'' Body lift kit for my '03 Disco as a birthday pressie
but it came with no instructions and the company that it got bought off has been less then helpful

Comes with everything but im unsure about some of the parts which im guessing are for the radiator and a couple other components that would need adjusting due to the lift.

Has anyone done this and would be able to steer me in right direction, or know a mechanic in Perth that would install it or know of a website that has good step by step instructions for the install

Ive looked and around the net and have yet found anything useful

As a body lift on a SRS equipped vehicle is not legal in Aus you may have trouble finding someone willing to fit it.

Maybe that explains the reluctance for assistance from the company and lack of instructions.

Have you tried Googling for a 'how to' video using the company name?
If it's a well known name, I'm sure someone has done one before & shown off his job.

Ending up buying a 50mm Suspension Spacer Kit to go in with the 2'' lift kit

Probably sell the body lift kit to much hassel

So you're running a 4" suspension lift on a D2a? Carefully you are not stressing out your front prop shaft DC joint.

What state are you in? I'm not sure 4" suspension lift is legal either.
