BW to LT230 Conversion 93 RRC

About to start a conversion on my 93 RRC from a BW Transfer to an LT230 from a 94 Disco Both car and donor are R380s in front of them.
Things I have found on the interweb
- need to swap rh Mount, front tail shaft, obviously shifters.
Any wiring mods for dashlights etc.
Anything I am missing

Did you already do an R380 conversion :confused: I thought all the later ones were slugomatics!
