Service at Alexandria or Concord

Has anyone tried Alexandria or Concord in sydney for service? I usually go to Purnell down south, but it's a bit far away.

I'm taking it to LR during the warranty, so not interested in the independents yet

I have used Alexandria in the past and it was very efficient.
That was about 2 years ago.
Now out of warranty and do my own using IID for service update etc.

Been taking the Land Rover to an Independant since the warranty ended, but I bought my Jag from Concord and it has only been for one service there and to get a couple of wareanty issues sorted out but they were very helpful and seemed to do a good job, but it's a pretty limited experience. The service Manager there is ex Trivett Parramatta.
