L322 head unit

I've got a 2003 L322 turbo diesel with what I think is an after-market head unit. It's got no name or brand at all, but comes up with a BMW badge when switched on, and the GPS is an Igo Primo.
Firstly I've lost the SD nav. card and need a replacement and secondly I'd like a book of words to learn how to operate it properly.
Can anybody help?

There's a few over there who have these units. You'll need to work out whether yours is based on windows CE, android, or both. Some let you start up in either. Don't have any experience with them myself, though I plan to.
