Tyre Pressures

So I noticed something.
On my Perentie, the front mudguard has 325 Kpa stenciled on it and the rear has 450.

Yet on the passenger box sticker,
it says Fronts on-road 250 cross country 200
Rears on-road 350 cross country 275

are the higher pressures on the mud-guards for when it's fully loaded?

what is the correct pressure?

I have just completed a trip of about 10000 km of mainly highway driving. I had a reasonable load on so I decided to inflate the tyres to 450 kpa in the rear and 350 kpa in the front. What I found is the vehicle wandered all over the road it was nice to drive. By the end of the trip I worked out the tyres were over inflated, in desperation I let the tyres down to 350 kpa in the rear and 250 kpa in the front, the outcome of this is the vehicle now tracks straight. If you convert 450 kpa to psi it works out to about 60 psi which is to high.

I put mine to 300 rear and 200 front (empty apart from 100 kgs over the rear axle). The tires are very old and need replacing and I didn't want to risk a higher pressure.
That said they were very flat and it drives much better now.
The lower pressures make sense for an unladen vehicle.

I find the lack of response to this post interesting.
People don't know a proper answer?????

I'm running 36 in the back and 34 in the front. Not sure what that is in funny numbers!!!

I run 30psi front, 38 psi rear as I have done for all past and current Land Rovers. I'm not going to say that's the best pressures there are, but it works for me.

I run 32 all round at the moment but when loaded up I increase the rears to 36ish depending on the seat of the pants feedback. Thats with XZLs. My County with 255/85/16s I run 30 to 32 all round depending on how I feel at the time.

Mine doesn't say that. The stenciled numbers are 290 and 400 (FFR). I assume that at some time the army changed there minds. I don't run mine that high.
