Digger Stickers V3 - Orders close 31/05/15

Ok.. Round 3 of the Digger Stickers is about to take off...

I will hold this open until the 31st of May and then begin production.

The price for the stickers this time is $2.00 ea plus $3.50 postage (within Au).

Colour choices are as follows:


Red - A strong 'Fire Engine' type Red
Blue - A 'Cobalt' rich deep blue
Green - A strong Green similar to a LR Badge, if not a smidge lighter
Black - A black kind of black, with an extra shade of black added
White - Absolutely no Black

These are reverse printed onto a clear backing and are designed to be adhered internally to glass.


We will use the old method...


Lead time once the volumes are established will be 4-5 days production and then posted - total delivery time - 7-10 days.

The White stickers required the use of an additional machine (not many do pure white effectively) and they are in transit to me now...

The remaining colours are being cut to size today (seems my order was lost in the emails)

So the great news...

I will be packing them over the weekend ready to ship!!!

Yes, they do go on the inside,,, but in order for someone to see them, all shiny and new, the car should be clean too :D

Hi people... Well what a debacle the last few days has been!

The stickers are here and we're being packed ready to ship when I noticed something not quite right with the white ones..

They had printed them "conventional" (not reversed for internal mounting). [emoji15]

So they are currently being redone and I am driving to Adelaide (400km) Wednesday morning to collect them and chuck in the parcels..

My sincerest apologies for the delay...

First batch was printed incorrectly - second batch - according to the freight company - are somewhere between the printers and my house :o:mad: - and have been for nearly a week...

There is no margin in the stickers - so i've been holding off for them to arrive and post all at once - but it appears I may well need to wear it!

Mike is having difficulty with the batch of white stickers, with I believe up to 3 different shops failing to produce them to a reasonable standard.
I don't know exact dates, but I know Mike expects them to be finished by the them Melrose rolls around, which is the 25 of March.
Please note I'm not at all involved in this group buy, so any further information you want you'll have to get yourselves, I'm just passing on what I've been told.

Yeah well, that's nothing to do with me, I'm not involved in this like I said, I've just managed to get in contact with Mike is all.

On that front.
Mike has told me that as white is not a high build pigment on a clear background, once the printing run is completed and arrived, it's not of a high enough quality, compared to the original stickers which were screen printed at higher costs.

Mike has covered a fairly substantial extra cost to get a priority run done out of Sydney, the company doing so has assured him a quality product.
If they make good on that and do deliver a quality product, the print will be completed in 14 days and the mail out can begin.

As I have mentioned before, this is not something I'm involved in, printers aren't talking to me, all I have is a line to Mike that can get a response a bit quicker, hence this info.
What that doesn't mean is I'm everyone else's source of communication to him. So please don't give me smart arse comments or complaints because it's not my department and I'll just tell you where to go.
I hope the information I have been able to provide is satisfactory to you.

I think 5 days by Australia post from Wyalla to anywhere would be a stretch. Recently posted an item to Sydney from here in Melbounre - it took well over a week. Snail mail really is that now - Aust Post have reduced the number of trucks it runs everywhere so I'll happily give them to the end of next week - in reality I would think Tuesday or Wednesday.

Well now I am a little teed off. I gave plenty of notice through someone else of my change of address as the starter of this thread had gone off the site. I PMed them again a week ago and no reply. It was only $20 but it would be nice if people had the decency to reply. This took nearly 12 months. I think everyone was very patient. I would like to know how many other people missed out.
