Water outlet - part number change

Hi Folks,
I just noticed that there was a change in part numbers for the water outlet:

1357091 is now superceded by LR073372.

Does anyone know if they fixed the problem with them splitting apart and leaking? I can't find anything on the intertubes about it.

I also searched for diesel Ford Territory water outlet problems and can't find anything. I wonder if the Ford part is better designed? (Or maybe they're not stressed as much offroad/towing/etc).

FWIW...

My local stealer could not find a part with the new number.

The Ford part number is H24Q 8592 BF and the price is $145.

The price of the part was $41 at the LR dealer, so I grabbed one.

Who would have thought the Ford part was so much more expensive!
