Supercheap has just starting selling these in NZ. (http://search.supercheapauto.com.au/search?p=Q&lbc=supercheapauto-au&uid=569321511&ts=custom&w=coverall&isort=score&method=and&view=grid&af=types:4wdcover&format=types)

Anyone used one before?

How long has it lasted?

Mainly want it for during winter to keep the rain off, but in the pictures they look a little thin.

Sorry if this is in the wrong place, I figured it meet the criteria of maintaining the Landy.

Cheers,

Bad

No no no.
Son bought one 6 weeks ago.
It lasted until the first mild breeze when it tore.
Since then it has happily shredded itself in numerous places as the fabric just separates like old worn tag.

Thanks for the response strangy, and that doesn't sound promising!

Did your son get the Gold, Silver or Bronze 4WD Cover?

He bought the Bronze cover.

Ok thanks, I wonder if there will be a big difference from Bronze to Gold...

I don't think there should be a difference between bronze and gold! It should do what it says on the box!!
Six weeks is just poor and I would just keep taking then back for replacement.

Well none of them say anything about wind, but bronze and silver say "resilient to various weather conditions..." so I would be worried about them honouring the warranty!

Steer clear of the supercheap covers. 6 weeks!
Mine just ripped from the packet.
I now buy the ones that are grey on the outside and white fluffy stuff on the inside.
