Thanks for the advice Nomad9. Had the job done at Southern today with only 24 hours notice. Great customer service and $150 cheaper than the two independents.

That's great to hear. Got to say I'm surprised though about the cost difference. I like Southerns too and using them for warranty services and a corporate deal I got but was thinking the $$ might send me back to Rovertech who did my Defender for years when the deal and warranty expires.
