Window washers

Anyone had there's stop for no reason? Mine have but cAnt work it out.
Fuse is fine. I can hear a clicking from the glove box fuse area when trying to operate washers. Any idea. Is there a relay? Is that what's clicking? Can anyone point me in the right direction please.
