Jason Here just want to share a problem that's fix now.
My 02 TD6 car started to not provide any kick down on the accelarator even when fully depressed to the floor and only go slow, but it did increase in speed over time.
Took to the Mechanic and found that the secondary fuel pump was down in pressure and when here got replacement pump it gave up the ghost and he had to push car into workshop, very lucky to get to him in time.
So if you experience slow power through accelarator you might suspect the lack of pressure in fuel line.
