bugger me the message centre does work

Well its taken about 4 yrs but finally got a message in the centre screen message centre, Check brake pads... and bugger me it was telling the truth.


I had done the front pads and discs a while back so checked the rear and its pretty low , looks like the rear brake pads are joining the list of jobs for the coming weekend.


Hope its the last message I see.

I arrive with the truck in Townsville on the morning of Monday 20th, unload the fish, drop the truck to the yard , unload the D3 and camper , drive to the airport pick up the boss and off we go.

Sorry mate, bit ahead of myself there:o - thought it was this month. Have you got your MC licence sorted. At least there shouldn't be any water problems anywhere in the Gulf country and you should have a smooth run across there. Should be great weather - might even see a morning glory or two if you're lucky. Heading off to Brissie in the 6by tomorrow for a week - going to pick up some spare rear axles and springs I have stored down there.

Yeh license all sorted, think the people out Cloncurry way would be happy if there was some water around that way. Think we may be a bit early for the morning glory's but seen plenty whilst I was at sea, so wont be to disappointed if we miss out.


Hope the 6by is going well , and you have a trouble free and safe trip. Reckon you might be in for a cold snap looking at the weather map, maybe a bit of rain too.. Safe travels.
