Smoke, Turbo Issue?

Hi Folks,


I have a 2007 TDV8 190k on the clock.


Its being prepped to come out to Uganda and is almost complete.


The guys did a high speed test run and at about 85mph (130kph?) it start to smoke slightly the colour being blue.


They have inspected both turbos, they are dry internally. Blue indicates oil.


Any thoughts?
