I have the GAP IID tool and have used it many times, but would love some literature on what some of the Disco 4 settings should be.
Ive recently changed tyre size and went to change the speed settings to better match the new tyre size.. But there are two settings and im not sure which one to adjust and what to adjust it too.

Any advice ?
Cheers

Using my Faultmate Extreme I changed the dynamic rolling radius LSB (least significant byte) from 116 to 126 and the normal tyre size specs to 245/70-17. I did not alter the Jaguar Legacy tyre size MSB/LSB. The Gap tool might not use quite the same terminology.

I also changed both speedo market spec fields to use 2%+0 kph and changed the fuel consumption from +7% to -4% as well as a few other preferred options.

The two settings I have are;
1. 'KPH Offset' I believe this would be the difference from actual speed to what the speedo shows. Mine is default set at +2kph and this is correct when compared against a satnav device.
2. 'Speed Scaling Factor' I believe this is the one you want to adjust for different tyre diameters. Mine is set at 3.5% from memory, but unfortunately I don't know the maths behind getting this to reflect varying diameters.

I suggest sending a quick email to the GAP Team GAPTeam@gap-diagnostic.com They are quite helpful. When you have the info, do you mind letting us know as I will be going down the same path later this year?

The 2014's CCF is not the same as the 2010.

Thanks for that Graeme. Do you know where the CCF particulars can be found?

The CCF data is held in the BCM. With the parameters shown by your IID tool I suspect that the CCF has been reorganised, which isn't surprising as the 2010 version repeats data in different sections and formats.
