Sorry a couple of quick questions-
fitted a boost gauge after a remap tapped into the waste gate actuator feed line, what sort of figure should I be looking for? getting roughly 17psi and have searched and found the overboost kicks in at 20psi. Question for anyone with a similar setup is, with an allisport intercooler what figure can I adjust the wastegate actuator rod too since the reading is taken pre intercooler and some losses will occur?
Second question- Also fitted and EGT gauge, after warm up it's sitting on 100 to 150deg C at idle, fast acceleration it's getting to 350ish and then cools to 250ish normal cruising at 90kph in top on the flat, do these figures sound right? Yet to see what it gets up to towing yet.

Not far off...

And losses will be reduced with the Alisport...

I've found once better ICs are fitted vehicles often go into overboost as they are now seeing closer to turbo outputs than previously...

OK, for some reason I thought bigger IC would mean bigger losses. What would be a safe level of boost be, got a boostbox from TD5inside which by my understanding allows more boost than the 20psi, don't want anything that could cause damage but do want the map I'm running to run efficiently. The map is a TD5inside stage 3 I think.
