2010 Sport Nav Question

Hi all first time user of this forum. I just got a 2010 Range Rover Sport I know this model has the HDD Nav. The system says it has AUS:V20131101. Is this version 20?

Is version 21 out for this model?

As your model RRS is based on the Discovery 3/4 platform, this thread has been moved to the D3/D4/RRS section. You might get more response from there.

All AU / NZ maps are sourced from Whereis.

Thanks for adding that Martin. The OP has a MY10 which I believe is a dealer only update. From MY12 (although the whereis site suggests it's MY13) it doesn't need to be done by a dealer.

I have a 2011 D4 and the version is 20101101, so I think yours is more up to date than mine ????

One other thing Mark, the dealers are hopeless at satnav - i keep asking them what version mine is and they don't know and can't tell me if there is an upgrade, etc......

There is another mob that sell map updates for LR systems. Seem to be more expensive than whereis for current version but also sell previous versions cheaper. Not sure why you would want to buy out dated maps. They do appear to sell map updates for pre MY12 vehicles. I'd check carefully with them if they can be installed by the vehicle owner and get it in writing / email.

this company quoted me $450 for an update for my MY10 and couldnt provide me a description of the product so i passed... half as much as a full system replacement that will never have outdated maps so....
