Has anyone bought a Terrafirma TF930 Diagnostic Tool. It's only needed for diagnostics, and seems to be O K for the price. I'm looking at buying one, but a few words from an owner is always good.
Cheers

Cheersthey dont read very early td5 defenders that well. from my research the ecu unit on the early models didnt give out too much info back in 1999. i updated the software on the tf930 without any dramas via their online site but still cant read my 4wd.

I can see where Bowyang is coming from.
Just because a website says it will work on a D3,doesnt mean its actually useful.
Anybody bought one and use it on a D3 or D4????
I will need to buy a diagnostic tool into the future too.
Thanks
Andrew

I don't know much, well actually I don't know anything about the TF930, but personally I'd go with the proven products, ones that I know will work, yes they are more expensive, but they work and they work well.

Hawkeye

Gap IIDTOOL

Faultmate

Nanocom

Rovacom

Lynx, Lynx is powered by Omitec, the makers of the T4, the Official Land Rover diagnostics tool.

We lashed out and got the Faultmate MSV-2, this thing does everything.
