Having installed two 80watt solar panels on the 130 dualcab to power our Trayon in house batteries we would now like to be able to tilt at least one of the panels to catch the best sunlight when camped. The camp site location is not always suitable for the Landy to be facing the sun. Any smart ideas on tilting arrangements in all directions that still allow for the panels to still be secure on the roof.

I got one of those 3mm thick flexible panels. At 120w I still get over 80w when lying flat. I covered my roof with the 3M car vinyl wrap then sikaflexed the panel straight on. It's there 24/7 and doesn't catch too much wind.
Happy Days.

A mate has a similar setup on his roof and instead of trying to work out a tilt set up, he simply bought a 3mm flexible panel to put on the angle toward the sun if needed.
He stores the flexible panel on top of his camp table in the canopy.
