Hi Graeme,
would you mind advising (posting some photos?) of where you ended up placing the control knob for LLAMS in the Vogue? My LLAMS system is fitted and works well but I haven't got the knob secured on the dash or centre console yet as - to be honest - I knew you would end up with a Vogue soon enough and I was waiting to see what you did :p

cheers

Chris

My late night installation isn't complete yet for the same reason but I'm favouring the ash tray cubby hole with the ash tray insert removed. It appears that the aperture is wide enough to fit the switch so a (black) plastic square glued to the top next to the power socket should suffice. A hole will need to be drilled for the wires to have them exit at floor level under the driver's seat. Being out of forward sight the spot might not be the best for quick access but might have to do.

I'm having to use extra low with access mode to get the vehicle to roughly the same height as the D4's access + low so will mount the mode button next to the rotary switch. It appears that this height puts the RRV on the bump-stops too.

The switches have finally found a home. The plate had to be recessed to allow the lid to be closed, with the ridges down each side removed for about 10mm from the top which gives the plate something to rest on. The plate is currently only pressed in place but will get a few drops of super-glue tomorrow. A hole was drilled towards the bottom at the rear for the cables. I opted for an original style knob to give more clearance between the knob and the button switch.
