Nice work Don! Had a quick read through of the first few pages. Nicely laid out.

One thing though, should it be Compleat Idiot? I would have thought that it should have been Complete Idiot... Is that an alternative spelling or something?

"Compleat" is quite ok - it's an archaic version of "complete" and fairly commonly used in book titles.

I may be wrong, but I think the original was "The Compleat Angler" published in 1653

Whatever the title, if the first few pages are anything to go by, it is a bloody good book! Congrats.

As someone who has read quite a lot more than the first few pages, I can categorically say it is a BLOODY good book, even if the title is compleatly a hoot.

Cheers

Thanks Guys,

When I had my first VW Beetle I had a book called "Compleat Idiot's guide to the Volkswagen" I always thought it was a terrific book so used the same spelling :)

I've already been asked to do one for RRC , but I think I need a rest.

Hi Don,

Sending you a PM about the book purchase.

PM Rec'd & Replied.

apparently there was a issue with the text on the spine being 3mm off centre and one of the printers rejected the book.

They also cancelled two paperback copies I ordered & refunded my paypal.

(I still haven't eyeballed a printed version )

I had to redo the cover wrap and upload the complete book again, hence the new link, and it will also be a new ISBN

apologies for any inconvenience

That link doesn't work for me.
And when I search for 'Compleat Idiot's' in the search bar nothing comes up.

Hi Don,

Recieved my book today. Great job.

Love the sarcasm and no bull straightforward comments.

Cheers, Chris
