Removal of front interior light holder

Can someone tell me the way to remove the front row Interior lamp and Map light unit from the roof of a D4 without breaking it? (Not just the cover , the whole unit)

My manual shows me nice pictures of it - but no clear instruction on how to pull it off without breaking the locating clips....

Some clutz who shall remain nameless :angel: managed to push a map light bulb holder back into it while changing a globe in the dark.

I simply want to pull it off the roof to relocate the bulb holder.... but would really rather do it with out breaking anything else :mad:

about 3:10 in. Same as D4. You don't need to be as heavy handy as this guy - I used a wide blade to get started from the front then pull down. Align the the center locating pin when refitting.
