Key Battery Low

I have had this warning come up " Key Battery Low".
I have replaced the batteries and the message is still there.
have I missed something?

Simple answer, no you haven't missed anything, the only suggestion I could offer is try different batteries as I found mine didn't like cheap batteries, I am not sure how sensitive they are to voltage drops.

I believe they are quite sensitive...I actually have two in mine.

Hi

I have an issue with one of mine where the small piece of metal which provides the negative connection has half of it missing.

That caused the battery low message.

I now need to search for a keyfob which includes this piece of metal
