Hi,
We have a Freelander 2 SE, and on the whole have been pretty happy with it:). We now live on a property west of Roma and wanted to put a bull bar on. The Land Rover dealer in Toowoomba said they couldn't help as it was an after market item, but gave me some local contacts - after calling 4 different companies, including ones that custom make bullbars, they all said they were unable to help:(.
Any suggestions?
Cheers,
Lynda

There's not much around for the freelander 2 in front protection. You could have a look at the link below for a nudge bar.

Freelander Mk4 (07 on) - Cobra EU 'A' Bar Stainless for Land Rover Freelander Mk4 (http://www.autostylinguk.co.uk/products/ProductDetail/Cobra-EU-A-Bar-Stainless-for-Land-Rover-Freelander-Mk4/SC4X4/PG/GCLRFR4/PC22A06LRFR4/PRvehicle/FB/FPFRONTB.html)

Or this one

Or the factory one

I don't think any of these would stand up very well if you hit a roo at any sort of speed but unless you try a local fabrication shop to custom make on for you that's all the choice we have. Best of luck in your search.

J&J Bullbars do a heavy duty nudge bar for a Freelander 2, tailored to your needs. I wish I'd gone ahead with getting one fitted when living in Qld but never got around to it unfortunately :(

I should have mentioned that J&J also do bullbars for the Freelander 2, but I'm not a fan of the styles, or the likely weight.

Yeah the J&J is a bit hefty...
