Do you have an SKU number or a reference number for the bonnet rubbers? Mine didn't have any, so I don't have a pattern to take to them.

I WENT INTO CLARKS FOR THE BONNET RUBBERS THE BIGGEST ONE THEY HAD IN STOCK WAS THE NEXT SIZE UP FROM THE REAR DOOR RUBBER Sorry i did not take note of numbers but the stuff pushes down nice better than original as its bigger profile of the original the one running along the back is a different profile they have that to , find the biggest metal backed profile they have in stock it will fit nice not so much noise anymore made a world of difference.its the same profile as the door rubbers but bigger ,when your in clarks you will see it there.most expensive one .

Second this, just stop in at a Clarke Rubber and they will be happy to snip off a bit for you to make sure it fits.

Hi Jet

Thanks for the tip on the bonnet seals! I didn't even know they used them. I thought I was running quietly before, having put wooden chocks in the ROPS and taken off the canopy for some open top driving. However, putting the seals in made a huge improvement. I didn't realise the bonnet was the source of so much noise. Apart from a bit more gearbox chatter it doesn't sound much louder than my diesel ute, cruising between 50-70 kph in the suburbs. No longer earplug territory!

My Perentie had 1 bonnet rubber on it on the passenger side and nothing on the driver side. I went to Clark Rubber and bought 2 meters of 16x10 PVC PWELD SIDE BULB 3574 AT $12.95/meter and replaced the piece on one side and fitted the new piece to the other side. Job done, took 10 mins.
