Hi All, we thought we'd post this as many of your are not aware of our discounts to AULRO members.

We advertise quite a lot of parts on eBay and many members support us with the purchase parts on eBay and then advise us in mail that they are AULRO members after they have purchased and eBay has taken the sale fees from us.

As you are aware, purchasing parts via eBay incurs eBay fees to us which must be built in our prices.

We'd like encourage AULRO forum members to contact us directly via email or via forum messages if they require parts or want a pricing.

We are more than happy to provide a GENUINE discounted price to AULRO members. There is no set formulae for the discount structure, it depends on the part and what we are able to do at the time. Factors like exchange rates etc.

We incur fees for paypal , and credit card fees also, so YOUR payment method will be taken into account with what our pricing will be on the selected part.

We prefer the direct deposit into our bank account proof of payment can be forwarded to us via your bank acknowledgement to prevent delay in your order processing.

We offer genuine discounts and don't play the game of inflating prices and then discounting them after or make other claims.

Many of you on this forum have used our services direct and will testify that we offer good prices.
The other thing we would like to point out is that we can not advertise every Land Rover Parts on eBay ,so if you require something not listed , feel free to ask us.
Excludes: Second hand parts, panels or glass . We also don't do modded stuff it's not our expertise

Best regards,
Mario & Heather

You guys offer some of the best prices even without the discount, and fast, efficient service to boot - its usually choose one!!

Will let you know next time something needs replacing (can't be that long though!), always happy to circumvent eBay so you don't incur that fee as well.

So here is a story, for the last month or two I have been having squishy brakes. I knew it was the cylinders leaking. Obviously I left it till the wednesday night before a weekend when I needed the old girl to stop well.

Emailed roverlord folks my part number, got a price in a few minutes, added Auspost express postage, paid.. and zoom arrived lunchtime Friday...

Now for me, this is love ;) thx.

P.S Obviously I'm leaving the fitment to just before i need to leave :P

My thanks to Roverlord for exceptional service.

Today, New Year's Day, I found a leak in the top radiator hose on my Td5 Disco. I saw on eBay that Roverlord had a part and a PM was responded to with a phone call and an offer to make the part available for pick and with a discount for AULRO members.

I was able to fix the truck today. Couldn't be happier.

Guilty as charged your Honour, but Roverlords attention to detail in their knowledgeable reply to a fellow about an item, albeit, that didn't know about the AULRO discount did make it easy to deal that way. (I should have looked first,My bad)

Hat off and a huge thank you to Mario for quite literally making a suspension strut appear out of nowhere when everyone was saying there wasn't one in the country. Cannot ask more than that!!

Have to add my thanks to Mario.
As a first time customer the service was excellent, the parts turning up quickly, the pricing sharp.

I've had excellent service from a Sydney based wholesaler over the last fifteen years but thought I'd give Mario and Heather a go due to the overwhelmingly good reports here.

I'm glad I did.

He used to be one of the best kept secrets [biggrin] Not any more the word is well and truly out[bigwhistle]
You know it sometimes makes me wonder how some bricks and mortar places manage to stay open with their one eyed opinion`s on customer service [bigrolf].
Yeah Mario and Heather do value their customer relationship very hi and i guess that is what makes them so trusted and respected by many[thumbsupbig]

Here's another big thankyou to Mario and Heather from Roverlord. I ordered a radiator hose off ebay, and Heather proactively emailed to tell me about the shipment status of the order. In the course of the exchange, Mario dug up some pictures he'd taken of a binnacle repair some time ago, where the thread is on the forum, but where photobucket is no longer displaying the pictures. It's not the kind of service you expect from an ebay store.

Great service and great community members. Thanks guys!!!

For those of you that are not aware we also provide assistance to Land Rover owners traveling in remote areas Australia wide , we have helped many already with urgent parts required whilst traveling in remote parts of Australia. If there is a post office we can do poste restante , pub or caravan park near by we can send you stuff. Some travelers have even asked for stuff to be sent to their next destination so they are there on their arrival "poste restante" . Our networking and parts sourcing has also obtained parts that have been hard to come by.
Cheers, Mario

P:S. also contacting us prior to your proposed trip and registering your vehicle details including your vin number provides us with the correct information to make sure the correct parts are sent. This saves a lot of time on the phone especially when your standing one 1 leg with the other one up in the air acting as an aerial trying to get reception that keeps cutting out LOL.

Update: Ok I nicked your spare, John nicked my Disco after he installed my starter, I offered him a coffee, but he had a strong one before he came, now John will nick your coffee at Wombat.
It's a win win situation for all it seems.
