EAS with OBD2 port tool via bluetooth

Just wondering if anyone has tried one of these before. I see it listed as an OBD2 port lug in that has bluetooth out to work with iDevice. It says you can reprogram an clear fault codes from EAS.

So will this work similar to LLAMS system?

Id like the option to stay at access mode or extended without the car deciding.

This product is from Gap who also make the iiD Diagnostic Tool, which is a fully functioning diagnostic tool not just suspension.
So it's a good quality, well backed product:

I think you're probably better off with the iiD Tool and getting more bang for your back. A diagnostic tool is a very handy piece of kit for other reasons (code reading/clearing etc).

Compared to Llams. Well it's similar in that you can control the suspension height. But I believe not as user friendly as Llams, where you simple turn a dial to the height you want. You will need to plug in and navigate to settings each time you wish to change height. This is not a problem but is more painful.

Can you leave it in the OBDII port? Well it's recommended not to leave the device plugged in to the port all the time by Gap themselves in my user manual for the diagnostic tool.

Plus the port is near your right ankle/foot while driving so the device would be at risk if left in there.

Thanks for the fast response.
I'm pretty sure I won't require height changing too often. But what I wasn't sure is the option to unlock the access and extended height saved after removing tool. Id like the option to have access height and extended at various speeds without the computer telling it to go up or down..

And yeah when searching I saw the multipurpose one as well..

It does save settings. So you could for example have an off-road setting saved. It is in effect recalibrating the height sensors. So it will remain at the new setting until you change it back, even with it unplugged. I haven't tested this myself as I have Llams but that is what the user manual states.
