Hi all,
I seek a 6 pin mic extension cable, available in Oz hopefully.
I seek one one of these:
Cables And Leads - Microphone leads & extensions - : Extension Lead, 3m, straight, 6 pin (http://www.4x4cb.com/public/item.cfm?itemID=1929)
It is a 6pin Uniden which is quite uncommon I now believe.
The ends look like this:

I can get the two connectors and cable as separate components from a local radio parts store, but I haven't the facilities to build the cable.
Why do I want it? I am relocating my slimline UHF from the centre console up to the roof console but intend to leave the mic down the bottom, like this (courtesy of 3-gees):

I have searched this forum and the googlenet generally but have only found the one supplier in England.
Anyone seen something in Oz?
Cheers
Ralph
