All that needs to be said, really.
Except to say the All Blacks are a superior team and always rise to the big events, so its going to be a heck of a game.
Now, the big question is - watch live or record (or both)?
If I watch live I'll have to spend Sunday fielding complaints from The Navigator about how she couldn't sleep because I was up, and jabbing me in the ribs if I fall asleep during boring moments. Is it worth it?
If I record it I'll get a good night's sleep plus I can watch it at leisure on Sunday, but I'll already know the result.
Decisions, decisions ...

I've watched nearly all games live, but one or two I've recorded and started watching at 5am which is around when I would've woken up anyway. On those days I've avoided the computer and turned phone off in case some well meaning idiot spoils the result for me.
However on Sunday I'll definitely watch live. Its the final, only happens every 4 years.

The only fly in the ointment , I believe, is the referee. The Wallabies have to keep the ref. out of it, and keep their heads on. And no Habana moments.

Love playing the All Blacks. Wallabies defence should do it. Think this sums it up "both sides will go about their business quietly and efficiently, knowing that the scoreboard resets at 0-0 and that they are now within touching distance of the cup." Should be a ripper

Oh well there's always next time. Just think about it Bob, that's four more Bledisloe Cup humiliations before you get another chance to lose at the World Cup. ...

...

If the Wallabies had used their secret weapon they might have prevailed you know Bob! ... ;)

Having said that maybe it can only be done successfully on sand so it only really works at beach volleyball? ...:p

You have been here too long. Forgotten the history of the Haka. Anyone else who attempts to copy it, is showing disrespect. I respect the Haka, and it's history. Just a little ****ed off with the All Blacks, winning too much. I know that is about to change.

Absolutely. I equate that with Jonathon Thurston, from the Cowboys, who started the trend of handing the kicking tee to the ball boys, instead of just throwing it to one side, as was the norm. Respect. means a lot. And Thurston giving his head gear to a random child in the crowd, especially when it is an opposition supporter, a sign of the character of the man. Sonny Bill? I respect the man.

All Blacks just too classy, although the pass before the try was definitely forward. Still, too good on the day.
Will be interesting to see how they go with six stars retiring.

Australian Rugby now has a 2nd tier comp. , which is un earthing some good talent. Our depth is better, than it has been for many years. we are slowly getting there. We need the coaches to make it happen. No more Kiwi's, just home grown coaches. [ with perhaps a caveat on Argentinian ones] I have been following Australian rugby since the days of Catchpole. I am confident we are on the cusp of something special.

Cheika seems smart enough to surround himself with great assistant coaches and to put performance ahead of egos. I hope they extend his contract at least until after the next World Cup, so we can spend the time building the best team in the world.
